DFDS

Every day, thousands of passengers walk through the terminals to board a ship in the DFDS fleet. To test a more streamlined check-in process they installed 16 check-in kiosk in Copenhagen for their popular mini-cruise ship to Oslo. The check-in was installed in 2015 and a pilot project. The interface is designed to navigate users through the check-in process with ease.
